Principals are responsible for fostering collaboration within the building. The principal interviewed insists that the leader of the building must confront behaviors that are keeping successful collaboration from happening.
These tips interested me because there's definitely a division within my school. All the teachers know who's willing to try new things, including collaborative projects, and who isn't because they don't handle change well.
